METRO ATLANTA

We will deliver chunks or whole cakes anywhere in metro Atlanta (30--- or 31--- zip codes)! So go ahead, relax and let us deal with Atlanta traffic. 

Our shipping days for local delivery (when the cakes leave the shop) are Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Depending upon existing order volume, your cake may be shipped the following weekend. Once it leaves, you will be notified with any tracking details. Just as with any order, you must order online.  There are no same-day OR next day delivery options. 


These cakes do not come in our reusable signature tins, but in a wrapped cake box. 

Sorry, no Half sheets or Round cakes are available for delivery - those must be picked up in-store.   

We can also be found on Uber EATS, GrubHub & DoorDash for local Chunk deliveries! 


NATIONWIDE

We ship cakes anywhere in the U.S.! Please select from the specified cakes listed under 'Nationwide Shipping.' Only these cakes are available for nationwide shipping.

Your cake will be plainly iced (sorry, no garnishments available). Each cake will be carefully hand-wrapped in plastic wrap & cellophane, then gently placed in one of our reusable signature tins, along with an ice pack to maintain freshness. Finally, we will enclose a COCOCAKES Care Card so that you'll know how to treat your COCOCAKE. It is important that you follow each step outlined. 

Your cake will leave the shop completely frozen and it will be in transit no more than 2 days based on your logistical preferences. Sorry, we do not offer 3-day transit options. Shipping charges are based on total shipping weight and the destination zip code. COCOCAKES does not control shipping charges.

Our shipping day (when the cakes leave the shop) is Wednesday. If your cake was ordered by the preceding Sunday at 6pm EST, your cake will ship out on Wednesday. If your cake was ordered after the cut off, it will ship out the NEXT Wednesday.  Once your cake leaves the shop, you will be notified via email with tracking details so that you can readily have real-time shipping status. We assure you that your cake will leave the shop in tiptop freshness and condition. However, once it is picked up by FedEx, those attributes are out of our control. At that time, your relationship is with FedEx who will facilitate the entire shipping aspect of your order. Contact them, with your tracking number for information about your cake.  COCOCAKES cannot guarantee arrival times on the day of delivery. FedEx has up until 10:00 pm to deliver packages. Most residential packages are delivered by 7:00 pm and most businesses by 5:00 pm. Businesses inside homes are considered residential. 

We cannot send out shipments on the following days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day as FedEx is either closed or not picking up packages. Packages will not be delivered on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. 

We cannot be held responsible for any of the following incidentals that may cause delays or diminished product freshness:
-An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
-Delays caused during Major Holidays or global pandemics
-Acts of God & inclement weather conditions
-Problems beyond our control 

-Cakes which have become unfresh or unusable because the steps outlined on the enclosed COCOCAKES Care Card were not followed

-Cakes which have become unfresh or unusable due to shipping delays with FedEx. In that case, you will have to file a claim with them. COCOCAKES cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by FedEx.

In addition, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. 

​All packages shipped FedEx are designated with a “shippers release” so that a signature is not required for delivery. However, it is up to the discretion of the FedEx driver whether to leave the package or not. Thus, we highly recommend that someone be present to accept the shipment. We are not responsible for packages left when no one is present to receive it. It is your responsibility to make sure you or someone else be present to receive the cake & immediately place it in the freezer. 

​If there is a problem with your cake, (i.e, wrong flavor) please contact us immediately at 770-934-COCO (2626) or at cococakesbycoco@gmail.com. We will work extremely hard to research & rectify the situation. There are no refunds but if it's determined that we made a mistake with your order, we will replace the cake at no charge to you. If you simply do not "like" it, we apologize.  We provide decsriptions and most times, pictures of what the cake consists of.  Please take time to know what you are ordering.         

​If there is a problem with your delivery (i.e, compromised packaging or delays), please contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.  Once your cake leaves the shop in their custody, they are responsible for the delivery. 

​Your cake’s order and transit times are based on EST. 

Please be aware that some of our cakes contain nuts or dairy and may be produced in an environment for both. Order responsibly.
